1. What locations do you ship to?
   
   1. At this current moment in time we ship to the: United States, Canada, and Germany. 

1. When will my order ship?
   1. Orders will be shipped on the following Friday or Saturday your order is placed. Tracking information will be provided by the email provided at checkout.

1. What happens if I never received my product?
   1. Email me at indisitutwitch @ gmail or contact me on Discord - indikins.
   2. Depening on our stock,  you will either receive a refund or a replacement free of charge.

1. I live in Canada, why do small orders have no tracking?
   1. Small package shipping ( such as our acrylic charms ) are often more expensive than the bought product. We chose tracking-free shipping over a $20 - $30 USD shipping fee.
   2. Larger packages will be shipped with tracking via USPS. Shipping cost for larger packages may vary.
